EXPERIENCED TELEMARKETERS ONLY
A minimum of 1–2 years of telemarketing experience is REQUIRED to be considered for this position.

ABOUT THE POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact business prospects (B2B calling)
Schedule appointments for our clients
Follow established call scripts and procedures
Accurately document call activity
Meet and exceed weekly performance goals
Represent clients professionally and effectively
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1–2 years of telemarketing experience REQUIRED
Proven outbound calling experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport and handle objections
Professional and positive attitude
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
WHAT WE OFFER
Starting pay of $16–$18 per hour (DOE)
Weekly performance-based pay increases
Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
No weekends
Week off during Christmas
