📋 Job Responsibilities
• Process weekly payroll
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls • Handle general office duties and support daily operations • Maintain organized records and assist management as needed
🛠 Required Skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and stay on task • Punctuality and reliability are a must
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
• College degree (not required but a plus) • Prior office or administrative experience
