Position-Office Manager Assistant
Experience Required- QuickBooks Online, Basic understanding of accounting concepts and proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets

Responsibilities
Utilize online quickbooks for bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, coding invoices to proper G/L accounts and managing accounts payable/receivable
Perform clerical duties such as filing documents, maintaining organized records and assist the office manager with various tasks
Utilize microsoft office and google workspace for correspondence and reports
Process daily deposits and service/parts invoices
Work closely with our parts/service department to help the flow of business
Qualifications
Proficient in filing, data entry, account reconciliations and document management.
Basic understanding of accounting concepts with a background in accounts payable being a plus.
