Corporate Criteria to get Started…
• Submit Business Application
• Application Fee of $25.00 if credit check/criminal check on 1-indivdual/owner
or $39.95 if we run credit on Business/Company name, (Experian).
• Income Proof (Monthly Income needs to meet 3 times the rent)
• Copy of Business License and eventually with your new address with us.
• Copy of State License if applicable
• Copy of Identification on Signer to Business
• Submit a completed - form W-9
Note: If signer to lease is another representative, submit a notarized letter from all Business
Owner(s) stating that the signer has approval to sign all documents including the lease to
the Office Suite.
• Submit three (3) Business References
• Provide any other certifications, if necessary, for business.
• Satisfactory Credit
Note: If an individual credit score is 575 to 675, an additional deposit will be
requested, equal to two (2) times the rent. If Business credit score, less than 60 and 50 to 59,
an additional deposit will be requested equal to two (2) times the rent. If unable to accept the
conditions, application will be declined. Individual credit less than 575 and business credit less
than 50 will not be accepted and application will be declined.
Prior to Move-In supply a copy of the Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance
for personal injury, bodily injury, death, and property damage liability in amounts not less
than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence, $2,000,000.00 aggregate.
