MISSING Green Cheek Conure (Ceres, Ca)

My father was at the Q-Stop on Fowler and Mitchell in Ceres, California with our green cheek conure, Lovie. A car drove by and scared him to the roof of the Eye Care across the street, before he lost sight of him. We've been searching for him since 6 pm, March 26. If anyone has any sight of him, please let me know. He is friendly.
