Lending Assets is a growing residential Mortgage firm is a seeking a Branch Manager for our Modesto office. This position allows someone to manage and oversee a team while closing their own production.
Recruits, hires, and trains qualified loan officers.
Directs training programs relative to sales techniques, product and technical requirements.
Develops and implements sales strategies, forecasting, and reports as necessary.
Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
Ability to run your own production while receiving an override with your sales team
Create and Manage Production Goals for the Company
Practice, participate and incorporate Business Development by conducting productivity and action workshops.
Manage day-to-day local operations including hiring, termination and employee relations of local employees and sales staff in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
Excellent and effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Stays informed of trends and developments in real estate market and competitive environment, as well as, changes in rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Must be active in the community and in job-related organizations to enhance the network of beneficial contacts.
Ability to adjust to the changing mortgage environment.
State Real Estate License required
Minimum of 2 years brokerage management or experience as a Branch Manager or past leadership training preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Must exhibit superior leadership skills
Strong time management skills required
Strong conflict resolution skills required
