We have a private room and bath available on the second floor for rent in Modesto, across from Johansen High. This would be a one year lease minimum, we won't offer month to month until after the first year. The rent is $800 flat and includes the wifi and utilites, access to common areas, in home laundry, and full use of the hot tub and pool. No pets or guests allowed. This is a quiet home, the homeowner is retired and her son works full time in the bay area and goes to school, so we're very firm on no guests or pets.
Us: mom (retired) stays home most of the time and will babysit her grandson during the week. Me (32yo male) works full time in Dublin and goes to school part time at MJC, and I'll be the primary contact for all aspects of the rental.
YOU: clean, respectful, no drama, steady source of income.
Due to issues with prior tenants, you will need to pass a background/credit check. We will not admit anyone with violent criminal history as a child will be in the home 5 days a week.
