The house has three other rooms. There is one person living in each (female and male). The house is approximately 1600 sqft and the property is a bit over 8000 sqft. There is a long covered patio that you can enjoy. The common spaces are shared.
I would prefer to occupy the room by a single person. No pets. No smoking inside. There are a few outdoor cats and one outdoor dog.
