The rest of the rooms are mostly retired people. The house is one level, with no stairs, and grab bars in the shared bathroom.
Although this can work for anyone, it's especially well suited for a retired or elderly person who doesn't want to live alone.
The house has laundry, parking, and lots of outside space. Price includes all utilities, including internet. The bathroom is shared and so is the kitchen.
It's situated close to shopping and near the hospital, yet secluded and quiet.
One person only.
The pictures show furniture from previous tenants. The room currently just has a bed frame, you would need to bring in any furnishings.
We have a house cat that everyone can play with, but cannot take in private pets.
