We are seeking a clean, professional office space between 600–1,600 square feet to use for after-school social skills groups for children and teens with special needs. The space would be used approximately 2–6 hours per day. We are happy to bring our own furniture, unless suitable furniture is already available. Our target budget is under $2 per square foot, though we may be open to negotiation.
Ideally, the space would be located near residential areas rather than downtown, with a preference for locations north of Roseburg Avenue.
Our company has been in business for over 23 years. This social skills group is a pilot program, so we are hoping to begin with a month-to-month arrangement. If the program is successful, we would be interested in discussing a longer-term, multi-year lease. This flexibility may also be appealing to a property owner who is considering selling, as we would be able to vacate if a buyer is secured.

- safe area
- bathroom on the premises
- reasonable parking (2-3 spaces not too far away)
- not downtown
