I have a big backyard if someone would like to build a tiny house/ shed and pay 450$ for the space and utilities included , I have really fast internet 3 bathrooms and you would be able to use one that is shared, 50$ extra for dog or cat . If you have a trailer home that will fit I willing to see If it's possible
