We need a room for rent immediately.. we are between housing.
We just rented a room from a lady, she gave us a 30-day notice after barely 30 days here, because we need air conditioning and she doesn't want us to use it!! She said I could put a window unit in my room and I did and she doesn't even want me to use it!! She doesn't want me to use the ceiling fan over our bed!!
We are very quiet and kind honest and down to earth..
Waiting on a legal settlement in a couple months.
We have retirement income to pay rent and on utilities.. need a little bit larger room not too small.
