Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $17.00hr + Commission | No cap | No splits

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This role is about guidance, not selling.
You will:
• Work directly with clients to understand how they actually plan to use an RV
• Walk them through options, trade-offs, and real-world use—not just features
• Manage all inbound opportunities (calls, walk-ins, internet leads)
• Build your own pipeline through follow-up and relationship building
• Create social media content to build your presence and credibility
• Take full ownership of your deals from first conversation to delivery
