Responsibilities:
As a Field Agent, you will play a key role in bridging the digital divide by identifying, qualifying, and enrolling individuals in the federally funded Lifeline Program. Your duties will include:
Educating potential customers about the FREE Lifeline program and its benefits
Enrolling eligible individuals in the program through a quick and simple process
Distributing free cell phones to qualified customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships within the community
Providing feedback on challenges, opportunities, and on-ground activities to the team
Qualifications:
- To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to learn—no prior experience required!
- A self-motivated attitude with a drive to meet enrollment goals
Requirements:
- Must pass a soft background check
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone and/or tablet for processing enrollments
