- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame work
- Prep vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
- Mix and apply paint to match factory specifications
- Buff, polish, and finish vehicles to high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years experience in auto body and paint
- Strong knowledge of repair and refinish processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license
