This trailer is in excellent shape. It has been lightly used. We stored it in a covered carport so the roof should be like new. This trailer is big enough for full timers but light enough to tow easily. I towed it with a Dodge Ram 1500 PU truck with a 5.8L V8 gas motor and it had plenty of power to pass trucks going up hill. This would also be ideal for someone to live in while building a home.
