It's a 30-ft RV. It's in fair condition. Not perfect but usable and cheap. I'm selling it for my friend who bought it and ended up not using it. We have the title. There's a small section where the fiberglass is missing. The wood is still in good shape and no leaks. All the tires hold air. Don't bother trying to lowball me. It's already cheap. No deliveries.
