Alpine Truss is currently seeking a Full-Time Class A Driver / Production Support team member for an immediate start at our Patterson, California facility.
This is a blended role where the individual will initially split time between driving and working within the plant, supporting production and yard operations. As the business continues to grow, the driving portion of this role has the potential to develop into a full-time driving position.
Position Overview:
- Full-time position
- Immediate start available
- Pay based on experience (DOE)
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Safely transporting roof and floor trusses to job sites for crane delivery
- Ensuring loads are properly secured and compliant with DOT regulations
- Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Assisting in the yard and plant with production support, cleanup, staging, and material handling
- Supporting bundling, tagging, and general operational needs
- Working alongside the team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work both on the road and in the facility
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required
- Construction or lumber experience is a plus but not required
This position follows all California labor laws, including meal and rest breaks, overtime, and DOT compliance. Driving time does not qualify as a break, and all candidates must meet standard pre-employment requirements, including MVR review and potential drug screening.
