Job Overview
Pallet Recovery Service is seeking dependable Class A Truck Drivers to safely transport pallet materials between company yards, customer locations, and vendors. Drivers must operate vehicles safely, follow DOT regulations, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining strong communication with dispatch and yard staff.
Available Schedules
We are currently hiring for the following shift:
• Full-Time – Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Part-Time – Day Shift: Saturday–Sunday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Overtime may be available depending on operational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport pallets and related materials.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers.
• Secure loads in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Deliver and pick up materials from customer locations and company facilities.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or issues.
• Complete required driver logs and inspection reports.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
• Report accidents, vehicle issues, or safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications
• Valid California Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Class A driving experience preferred.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to safely operate flatbeds or similar equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions when necessary.
Compensation
• $25.00 – $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
