What Youβll Do
Monitor 25 live surveillance cameras
Recognize and report suspicious behavior
Identify and report equipment malfunctions
Manage visitor verification and access control
Perform scheduled virtual patrols
Communicate professionally with clients and the public
Follow all company procedures and reporting guidelines
What Weβre Looking For
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience preferred
Security background is helpful but not required (we train you)
