Crime Guard Inc. is hiring dependable and detail oriented Security Operations Center (SOC) Camera Operators. This position involves monitoring live surveillance feeds, managing access control systems, and helping keep client sites safe and secure.
Training is provided perfect for individuals who are observant, responsible, and interested in starting or growing a career in the security industry.
Responsibilities
Monitor 25+ live camera feeds simultaneously
Identify and report suspicious activity or safety risks
Detect and report equipment malfunctions
Verify visitors and manage access control
Conduct virtual patrols using remote camera systems
Communicate clearly with the public and client personnel
Follow all company policies and reporting standards
Requirements
Must be available for afternoon, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
Excellent observation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Customer service experience preferred
High School diploma or GED required
Security experience a plus (training provided)
